Day 58. March 1, 2016.
4:15 AM. Alarm. 2 cups of black coffee.
5:45 AM. Breakfast. 2 slices of bacon, butternut squash and white sweet potato ground beef hash, and a scramble consisting of the following – summer squash, zucchini red and green bell peppers and mushrooms, scrambled with a half cup of egg whites topped with a little bee pollen, and half an avocado.
Whole30 Observation: The rice thing from last night had little to no effect on me today. I didn’t have hunger rage before my normal lunch time, so that’s a good thing. I guess the key is moderation. Keep your portions small.
11:00 AM. Lunch. Another tasty green salad topped with 1/2 an avocado and a nice grilled chicken breast, oil and vinegar dressing:
1:30 PM. Carrots and celery time.
4:00 PM. I missed my snack due to a dentist appointment. Sad face.
6:30 PM. Dinner. One of my all-time favorites, Whole30 or no Whole 30 – Roasted chicken, roasted potatoes with a little gravy, and green beans:
9:00 PM. Time for bed. Early start tomorrow and a 7:30 AM appointment with an acupuncturist. First time getting acupuncture. Let’s see if this helps with the old sinuses…
