Day 47. February 19, 2016.
4:15 AM. That’s my jam! Meaning the alarm… 2 cups of black coffee.
Whole30 Observation: No sugar hangover today, either. I don’t want to sound like I’m disappointed or anything, but I really expected one after the feast Wednesday night.
5:45 AM. Breakfast. 3 mini frittatas, ground beef hash and half an avocado:
Lots and lots of running around this morning, so I tore through my carrots and celery, apple slices and home made beef jerky.
12:00 PM. Back home for lunch before heading out again. Pork chop and mashed potatoes left over from the other night:
5:00 PM. Dinner. Baked potato topped with chili. And yes, there are beans in the chili:
OK, so we’re off to a school function tonight. Our son is playing in a classic rock guitar concert. Should be fun, but we actually have no idea what time we’ll be home and in bed!
